Shooting
LOCATION: Phoenix Rod & Gun Club-South Mountain, and Rio Salado Shooting
IN ADDITION: ALL Competitors qualify for the State Games of the West
Championships in Colorado Springs, Colorado on July 24-27, 2008. Eight
thousand athletes from thirteen Western States, competing for State pride & medals, are expected at venues
&the US Olympic Training Center.
ENTRY FEES: $20 first event, $6 for each additional event. Registration taken on-site for all shooting events.
(Note: registration taken on-site for all disciplines, you are responsible for checking with match director
before day of your match).
DIVISIONS: *Senior (50+), Men, Women, and Junior Classifications.

SAFETY: All competitive shooting events will be conducted under the national rules governing that
particular shooting discipline. All safety rules will be strictly followed on all ranges. Ear and eye protection is
required for competitors and highly recommended for spectators.

- USPSA: This match will be scheduled during February or March 2008 and will take place at the same time as

The top finisher (gold medal winner) in the Winter Games in each division will be awarded free entry into
