The Dodgeball event Hotel The COURTYARD PHOENIX MESA - 1221 S Westwood Mesa, AZ 85210 – Direct line Phone number (480) 461-3000. The Hotel is very close to Mesa Community College. The rate is for $99 per room, per night for 2 queen beds.

Attendees make their own reservations. You need to make the reservation no later than March 29, 2013 in order to receive the discounted room rate. Any reservations or changes made past the cutoff date cannot be guaranteed but will be accepted based on availability. Guests may also call the Marriott reservation line at 1-800-228-9290, but please refer to the name of the group to receive the special group rate.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
Each individual will be required to provide a credit card at the time of reservation and upon check in to cover the room, tax and incidental charges. *Please note check in time is 4:00 PM and Check out time is 12:00 PM

ENTRY FEE: (per team): Co-Ed A & Open A: $160; Co-Ed B: $130 and Women’s: $130, meeting time playtime.
ENTRY DEADLINE: Early entry deadline (submitted on or before) March 23rd. After that date - add $25 late fee per division entered. Late entry deadline must be received in the State Games Office April 2, 2013. Any entry after April 2 will be accepted only with Dodgeball Commissioners’ approval and based on space availability.
ITINERARY:
Saturday, April 6, 2013 (Please note a One day Event)
8:30 a.m. Check-in all teams
9:00 am Round Robin Play Begins
3:00 p.m. Bracket Play Begins
6:00 p.m. Tournament End
DIVISIONS: Note: Players who play in either A Division may NOT enter into the B Division. New players to Dodgeball are encouraged to play in the B Division regardless of athletic or competitive experience. The A Divisions are very competitive. One day EVENT please show up early for rules and check in. Will complete all divisions in a timely manner.
Co-Ed A: 6 Players (12 max roster). Min. 2 Male/Female - Competitive.
Open A: 6 Players (12 max roster). Open Gender - Competitive.
Women’s A: 6 Players (12 max roster). Women Only - Competitive.
Co-Ed B: 6 Players (12 max roster). Min 2 Male/Female- Recreational.
EQUIPMENT & RULES: Protective mouth piece and eyewear is highly recommended.

This sport “IS” part of the Grand Canyon State Summer Games. Entry materials for the other Summer Games sports will be available online at the Grand Canyon State Games website at www.gcsg.org statewide beginning in Mid-April 2013.
