Wiffleball
LOCATION: Saturday, June 20, 2009 - The Foothills ball field Complex, Field #1, at 57th Ave & Union Hills Dr. in Glendale. Registration 7:00-7:45 a.m. Games start at 8:00 a.m.
ENTRY FEES: $30 per team. 2V2 Tourney (2 Players/team), Yellow Bat only Tournament,

ENTRY DEADLINES: Early entry deadline (postmarked on or before) June 6, 2009.
After that date add $10 late fee. Late entry deadline (must be received) by June 17,
2009. Any entry after June 17th will be accepted only with the Commissioners’
approval and will be based on space availability.
DIVISION: RECREATIONAL - Players must pitch the ball at a speed that gives hitters reasonable amount
of time to hit the ball. Division is open to male and female athletes of ANY age or skill. The skill that you
must possess to participate is the skill of having fun.
RULES: Teams consist of 2 players. All teams are guaranteed 3 games. After the 3-4 round robin games elimination, the tournament will begin for all qualifying teams. HR contest and other prize giveaways! No metal cleats are permitted. Bat/Balls will not be provided by the tournament, contact AZ Wiffleball prior to tournament if equipment is needed. All teams should also allow time to play games on Sunday if rain or other issues force a second day to finish the tournament.
EQUIPMENT & UNIFORMS: Uniforms are not required but welcome. All equipment except balls/bats
(unless you have made arrangements with AZWiffleball) used in the tournament will be provided by the
Arizona Wiffle Ball League. If you wish to use your own bats or balls please visit our site at:
www.azwiffle.com to see the equipment specifications. No gloves are allowed while fielding.
