International Summer Games
Tennis
This summer competition will be utilizing the Double Elimination or Consolation Draw to guarantee 2 matches. This State Games tournament will be sanctioned – sign-up early to assure your participation. Each Draw limited to the 1st sixteen entrants per division. Awards will follow each division.
LOCATION: June 12-14, 2009 - Indian School Park in Scottsdale.
ENTRY FEES: $25 first event, $15 each additional event. All Players must be members of the USTA.
ENTRY DEADLINE: Early entry deadline (postmarked on or before) May 30, 2009. After that date add $10
late fee. Late entry deadline June 8, 2009 (must be received in the Games office). Any entry after June 8th
will be accepted only with Commissioners’ approval and will be based on space availability - add $10 late fee.
REGISTRATION OPTIONS INCLUDE: going to the USTA website at www.usta.com, GCSG website at
www.gcsg.org or mail/fax enclosed entry form to the location listed on the enclosed entry form. Draws, and
Match times will be posted at USTA.com after June 9th.
DIVISIONS: (Players may enter up to 2 events) USTA Rules will govern play.
