LOCATION : June 17-18, 2011 - at Mona Plummer Pool at ASU.

ENTRY FEE: $20 per athlete.
ENTRY DEADLINE: Early entry deadline (submitted on or before) Saturday
June 4, 2011. After that date - add $10 late fee. Late entry deadline (in the State
Games Office) Saturday June 11, 2011. After that date, entries accepted only with
Commissioners' approval and based on space availability - add $10 late fee.
DIVISIONS: Figures, Duets, Trio and Team competitions only.

RULES: Each swimmer may compete in one duet or trio and/or one team routine and/or participate in
the figure competition.
FORMS: All athletes use the team entry form. Due to the intricate nature of the sport, please obtain a
