TWO LOCATIONS: Camelback Village Racquet and Health Club, 4444 E. Camelback Rd, Phx. 85018 (602-840 6412), and DC Ranch Village Racquet and Health Club, 18501 N Thompson Peak Parkway, Scottsdale 85255 (480-502-8844).
FORMAT: Olympic format, May 30th - June 1st, at DC Ranch start at 3 p.m.
Age groups and Junior events, June 6th-8th, 2008 at The Village.
ENTRY FEES: $30 for Olympic event, $15 each additional event (USSRA/AZSRA
members take off $4 for first event and $2 for each additional event). Juniors - $10. All
Age events only $25.
ENTRY DEADLINE: Early entry deadline (postmarked on or before ) May 22, 2008. After that date - add $5
late fee. Late entry deadline May 29, 2008. Any entry after May 29th will be accepted for age groups only
with commissioners’ approval and will be based on space availability - add $5 late fee.
DIVISIONS*: Protective eyewear mandatory. (players may enter up to 2 events: 1 age and 1 rated.)
USSRA rules will apply.
Mixed: A ( 5.5-3.5), B (3.5 to novice), 30+ 40+, 50+ and 65+
Juniors: event will be categorized according to experience and all juniors must be under 18 at time of
event. Players must be of correct age at time of play. Olympic draw guarantees 3 matches with a
maximum of 5 Age groups minimum 2 matches.
