International Summer Games
Racquetball
LOCATION: June 20-22, 2008 - The Sports Club at City Square.
IN ADDITION: By participating all competitors automatically qualify for the State Games
of the West Championships in Colorado Springs, Colorado on July 24-27, 2008. The event
will feature approximately 8,000 athletes from thirteen Western States competing for
State pride & medals. Competition will be held at venues such as the US Air Force
Academy & the US Olympic Training Center.
ENTRY FEES: Adults $25 first event; $15 each additional event. Juniors $12 first
event; $10 each additional event. Events limited to 2 events per person. On-line entries
for Racquetball taken at http://keyracquetball.com.
ENTRY DEADLINE: Early entry deadline (postmarked on or before) Saturday June 7, 2008.
After that date - add $5 late fee. Late entry deadline (in the State Games Office) June
17,2008. Any entry after June 17th accepted only with Commissioners’ approval and will be based on
availability - add $5 late fee.
DIVISIONS: Sanctioned and Non-Sanctioned events offered in 2008. Sanctioned compete for points for
State & National Rankings. Players must have a current USA Racquetball card. USA Racquetball
membership cards will be available at the Tournament desk.
*Arizona Junior Racquetball Program Development League Championships.

RULES: Starting times will be available online at www.gcsg.org, www.keyracquetball.com, and
www.azracquetball.com after 5 pm on Thursday June 19, 2008.
• USA Racquetball rules will be used for all tournament play. Events with 4 or under will be Round Robin
format all other events will be 2 games to 15 with a tie-breaker to 11 (if necessary). Juniors will be
Round Robin format.
• Lensed eyewear must meet ASTM approval.
• Out-of-town players must be available for play on Friday, June 20th after 5 pm, or make a comment on
your entry stating what time you will be available to play and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
• Tournament Director reserves the right to combine events as deemed necessary with notification
to participants. All events will be self officiated.
