LOCATIONS: Aspire Kids Sports Center, (50 S. Hearthstone Way,
Chandler) Boys & Girls – Saturday, June 20, 2009.
ENTRY FEES: $32 per athlete.
ENTRY DEADLINE: Early entry deadline (postmarked on or before) June
6, 2009. After that date - add $10 late fee. Late Entry Deadline (in the State
Games Office) Wednesday, June 17, 2009. Any entry after June 17th will
be accepted only with the Commissioners’ approval and will be based on
availability - add $10 Late Fee.
GYMNASTICS LEVELS: All levels are Boys & Girls
Level 4 - Novice/REC (1st year & Non USAG)
Level 4 - Experienced (Has previously completed USAG level 4)
Level 5
Level 6
Level 7
Level 8
Level 9
Level 10
ALL GYMNASTS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY THEIR COACH IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE. Individual
gymnasts may use individual entry form. Clubs entering as a team should use team entry form.
