LOCATIONS: Boys & Girls – Sunday, June 20, 2010 - Aspire Kids Sports
Center, (50 S. Hearthstone Way, Chandler)
ENTRY FEES: $32 per athlete.
ENTRY DEADLINE: Early Entry Deadline (postmarked on or before) Saturday
June 5, 2010. After that date - add $10 late fee. Late Entry Deadline (in the
State Games Office) Wednesday, June 16, 2010. Any entry after June 16th
will be accepted only with the Commissioners’ approval and will be based
on availability - add $10 Late Fee.
GYMNASTICS LEVELS: All levels are Boys & Girls
Level 4 - Novice/REC (1st year & Non USAG)
Level 4 - Experienced (Has previously completed USAG level 4)
Level 5
Level 6
Level 7
Level 8
Level 9
Level 10
ALL GYMNASTS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY THEIR COACH IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE. Individual
gymnasts may use individual entry form. Clubs entering as a team should use team entry form.
