International Summer Games
Baton Twirling
LOCATION: Saturday, June 11, 2011 - Arizona Christian University, (formerly SW Christian College). Competition begins at 9:00 a.m.

ENTRY FEES: $12 gym fee for each contestant in addition to the fees for individual
events listed below.
ENTRY DEADLINE: Early entry deadline (submitted on or before) Saturday, May 28,
2011. Any entry received after that date will be charged $10 and accepted only with the
commissioners' approval.
DIVISION: 0-6, 7-9, 10-12, 13-15, 16+ (age for all events as of 9-1-2010 except Model of the
Month which will use USTA age as of 12-1-2 011).
RULES: NBTA events will comply with NBTA rules. GCSG events start and end with courtesy pole. Salute
is optional. Gymnastics is allowed. Time limits for twirling and strutting events- :30-2:30. Basic and
Military events done to USTA music. *NBTA sanction numbers: State 20038 and Miss Majorette Pageant 20039.

MODELING DRESS CODE: Model of the Month, State Model Queen, and Advanced Pageant Modeling is in
dress or gown. Best appearing, Basic Skills, Beginner and Intermediate Pageant are in costume.
