COURSE: Two Runners sharing one bike work their way through 4 bootcamp style obstacles and finish
by crawling through a mud pit together. Based on the historic sport of Ride-n-Tie, bikers take off first
riding dirt roads and drop their bikes before completing the obstacle, then take off running. Meanwhile
the runner catches up, completes the obstacle, picks up the bike and continues toward the next
obstacle, passing the runner on the way. The tradeoff continues until they reach the mud pit where both
teammates must crawl through together. Total distance of about 6 miles. Riding is non-technical and
doable on just about anything but road bikes.
