LOCATION: July 20-22, 2012 - Notre Dame HS in Scottsdale, the Salt River Lehi Rec. Center and other Arizona locations if necessary.
ENTRY FEE: $130 - Indoor with 6 person teams
ENTRY DEADLINE: Early registration (postmarked on or before) July 7, 2012 after that date add $25 late fee. Late entry deadline July 19, 2012 (must be received in the State Games Office) - add $25 late fee. Any entry after July 19 will be accepted only with Commissioners’ approval and will be based on space availability.
DIVISIONS: 6 person teams.

Women’s Open Co-Ed Recreation
Youth 18U-Boys & Girls
*4 of either male or female and 2 of the other per team for Co-Ed need to start each game. Teams may play with 5 if a starter becomes injured.
FORMAT: Pool play followed by double elimination tournament, current USAVB rules apply. If insufficient number of teams register, the division will either cancel or teams will be asked to play up. Each athlete must be at least 1/4 Native American to compete. If questioned, CIB needs to be presented.
