TOURNAMENT BENEFITS:
• Affordable $295 price with a minimum 3 game guarantee. 
• Quality officials provided by Don Logan.
• Divisions played at one location whenever possible.

 

ENTRY FEE: $295/per team. Double elimination. A $100 deposit per team is required to secure a spot in the tournament.  There will be an admission charge to spectators to view the tournament games.

 

ENTRY DEADLINE: Early entry deadline (postmarked on or before) July 7, 2012.  After that date add $25 late fee. Late entry deadline must be received in the State Games Office by July 14, 2012. Any entry after July 14 will be accepted only with the Commissioners’ approval and will be based on space availability - add $25 late fee.

4TH GRADE DIVISION
An athlete must be in the 4th grade as of October 1, 2011 and can be no older than 11 on August 31, 2012.
5TH GRADE DIVISION
An athlete must be in the 5th grade as of October 1, 2011 and can be no older than 12 on August 31, 2012.
6TH GRADE DIVISION
An athlete must be in the 6th grade as of October 1, 2011 and can be no older than 13 on August 31, 2012.
7TH GRADE DIVISION
An athlete must be in the 7th grade as of October 1, 2011 and can be no older than 14 on August 31, 2012.
8TH GRADE DIVISION
An athlete must be in the 8th grade as of October 1, 2011 and can be no older than 15 on August 31, 2012.
9TH GRADE DIVISION
An athlete must be in the 9th grade as of October 1, 2011 and can be no older than 16 on August 31, 2012.
10TH GRADE DIVISION
An athlete must be in the 10th grade as of October 1, 2011 and can be no older than 17 on August 31, 2012.
11TH GRADE DIVISION
An athlete must be in the 11th grade as of October 1, 2011 and can be no older than 18 on August 31, 2012.
12TH GRADE DIVISION
An athlete must be in the 12th grade as of October 1, 2011 and can be no older than 19 on August 31, 2012.

4TH GRADE DIVISION
An athlete must be in the 4th grade as of October 1, 2011 and can be no older than 11 on August 31, 2012.
5TH GRADE DIVISION
An athlete must be in the 5th grade as of October 1, 2011 and can be no older than 12 on August 31, 2012.
6TH GRADE DIVISION
An athlete must be in the 6th grade as of October 1, 2011 and can be no older than 13 on August 31, 2012.
7TH GRADE DIVISION
An athlete must be in the 7th grade as of October 1, 2011 and can be no older than 14 on August 31, 2012.
8TH GRADE DIVISION
An athlete must be in the 8th grade as of October 1, 2011 and can be no older than 15 on August 31, 2012.
9TH GRADE DIVISION
An athlete must be in the 9th grade as of October 1, 2011 and can be no older than 16 on August 31, 2012.
10TH GRADE DIVISION
An athlete must be in the 10th grade as of October 1, 2011 and can be no older than 17 on August 31, 2012.
11TH GRADE DIVISION
An athlete must be in the 11th grade as of October 1, 2011 and can be no older than 18 on August 31, 2012.
12TH GRADE DIVISION
An athlete must be in the 12th grade as of October 1, 2011 and can be no older than 19 on August 31, 2012.

 

 

ADULT Divisions:  (18 & UP): Men’s A (Competitive), Men’s B (Recreational), Men’s 35+, Women’s Competitive.

 

RULES:
• Rosters as per AAU Eligibility Rules.
• If less than 4 teams sign up in any division, other arrangements will be made.
• No player allowed to play on two teams in same division.
• Each team must supply own jerseys with visible numbers on back.
• Report card and Birth Certificate/CIB cards must be shown prior to 1st game to prove grade level.
