Several synonyms come to mind when describing someone who has been commissioned to handle any task. To command, to order, give permission, delegate, authorize, to entrust and strategically plan. The State Games Commissioner does all of that and more. However, the one thing not mentioned is the difference a Commissioner makes in a participants life. It can be truly life changing. The Commissioner family has grown to almost 150 ordinary people accomplishing extra-ordinary things. Welcome to all new Commissioners and warmest regards to all the veterans.
